Virtually every little girl dreams of her wedding day; and most have had at least one occasion of wishing for that “Disney-type” romance… What hits the mark more than the love of your life getting down on one knee in front of the Walt Disney World castle on New Year’s Eve?

“We were on a Christmas family trip at Disney World,” recounts our bride, Jennifer Fournier. “Anthony kept insisting that we went in front of the castle to take a picture. My whole family followed, waiting for us to be done taking this picture, and that’s when he proposed in front of the castle, in front of everyone, declaring his love for me.” Now that’s a Prince Charming!

The fairytale magic continued at Montreal’s very own Chateau Vaudreuil. The Prince and Princess of our story tied the knot on October 13, 2018 at this popular and luxurious wedding venue.

“We called our wedding “The Enchanted Gardens,” said our groom, Anthony Franceschini. “It was about bringing the outside IN. Making it feel like we were somewhere in Italy in those beautiful European gardens.” The colors were blush, white, and ballerina pink with the honor table designed to be the focal point of the decor. A white floral backdrop blanketed the entire background of where the bride and groom sat. Blush flowers were floating in the two levels of the tables, surrounded by white pillars with even more flower arrangements on them. The cake (by Delices Lafrenaie)  was 3 layers: white, with a large Peony flower on the top, who’s petals fell about each of the cake’s layers. The bride wore a Jenny Packham dress from White Montreal, with an open back that had a certain ‘Gatsby’ feel to it. The Groom wore a classic Hugo Boss tuxedo.

Marrone Films did both the wedding film and photography for Jennifer and Anthony. Pictures and video were taken on the grounds of the Chateau – who’s natural beauty was only enhanced by autumn’s changing of the leaves.

“We would recommend Marrone Films in a heartbeat! They are SO professional and dedicated to their craft. They treat everyone around them with the upmost respect while making you feel very comfortable. It’s like your hanging out with old time friends. They have captured more moments than we ever could have hoped for. So many things happen during this special day but you get to see them all with their pictures and footage because they do not miss one thing!”

A very special highlight to the evening was a surprise choreographed dance that Jennifer put on for her new husband. “He watched a video while I pretended to go to the bathroom,” explained Jennifer. ‘The video was a montage of our life so far together.” In the video montage, there was a part where Anthony is explaining to a group that he never saw his lady dance. Jennifer more than made up for it in a spectacular dance number, performed by herself and four other professional dancers. “When the video ended, he was “kidnapped” by dancers who brought him to a special front row seat as the dance floor transformed into a stage. As soon as he sat down, he saw me in the middle of it all and the performance started,” Jennifer continued.

When we asked the couple if they had any recommendations to future brides and grooms when making the decision to go with a wedding video, they had this to say:

“The truth is, you will be on a cloud, filled with emotions and won’t remember much because it goes by SO FAST. You want to have these memories for yourself, your couple, your kids one day so you can share it with them. Its so important to invest in quality pictures/videos because that is really all that you are left with once its over. It is worth the investment because those are the long term memories.”

Thank you so much Jennifer and Anthony for giving us the opportunity to be a part of your big day. We wish you a future that inspires fairytales!
